EgyMap has successfully delivered operational consultancy services for One Square Mall, as part of a strategic partnership that began in 2025 with Al Hijaz Real Estate Development, marking a key step toward transitioning from the operational setup phase to the commercial leasing phase for retail units.

Throughout this journey, we developed a fully integrated operational and setup framework for the project, which included conducting a detailed market study, reviewing architectural plans and layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency, and assessing MEP systems to confirm full technical readiness.

We also developed a balanced tenant mix that reflects the needs of the target market, in addition to establishing the project’s administrative and operational framework to ensure a strong and sustainable launch.

This milestone comes with the successful completion of the operational phase, paving the way for the start of the commercial leasing phase within One Square Mall, one of the most prominent commercial and administrative developments in Zahraa Al Maadi.

One Square Mall is located on a land area of approximately 1,700 sqm, and consists of 12 commercial and administrative floors, in a prime strategic location directly next to City Centre Maadi, on a major axis with traffic exceeding 40,000 vehicles per day, within a high-density residential area and in close proximity to active commercial and financial hubs.
