Scope of Work
Our role in Multaqa
With our expertise in mall management and operations, we developed an integrated plan to support the establishment phase and ensure optimal operational and marketing performance. The plan included:
• Market study and analysis
• Review of architectural plans and designs to ensure alignment with efficient operational standards
• Review of electromechanical systems (MEP Design Review) to ensure suitability and readiness
• Development of a well-balanced tenant mix covering food and beverage, entertainment, and medical sectors
• Operational and administrative setup to ensure full project readiness for launch
