Scope of Work
Egymap’s Role
EgyMap managed the full leasing of Strip One Mall from 2024 to 2025 by:
1- Conducting an in-depth market study of Maadi to analyze demand for various commercial activities.
2- Developing a strategic leasing mix that balances visitor experience with investment returns.
3- Attracting top-tier brands to enhance the mall’s market value.
4- Implementing a fast and effective leasing plan to boost occupancy in record time.
Result of the Collaboration
Egymap successfully achieved over 99% occupancy, leasing the mall to leading brands. This reinforced Strip One Mall’s position as one of the most successful shopping destinations in Maadi and a preferred hub for shopping and entertainment.
